A little about this piece , this is my concept for a lantern festival train and it’s based on a festival called Nebuta Matsuri festival that one day I wanna go to . I went to Aomori by accident years ago and I discovered the museums of paper lantern sculptures and I was really impressed . Just stunning pieces and craftsman ship. the scale was so impressive and you can tell how much work these artist pour into the pieces .
The idea I pitched was how claustrophobic a train might be and How I would love some running water to help soothe things down a bit and look at lantern sculpture festivals with some drone tech.
